Sanchaya Suite
It is situated on the upper floor of The Great House or more privately nestled throughout the estate. Enjoy the fresh ocean breeze as you while away the hours on your private verandah with breathtaking views and direct beach access. Each has a separate living room with armchairs, sofas you can sink into, and a desk when you are feeling more industrious.
Junior Suite
Located on the upper floor of The Great House, each of the Junior Suites features a large balcony that overlooks the impressive 50-metre infinity pool and the ocean beyond, complemented by curated artefacts from around Southeast Asia. As unique as you are.
Lawan Thai Villas
These seven one-bedroom villas all feature a spacious verandah overlooking the estate’s serene lagoon. Curated art pieces add a touch of brilliance to the cool spaces. The Thai-inspired villas are the perfect place to chill out after a day of sunning by the pool or luxuriate in the free-standing Lefroy BLeelawadeerooks bathtub.
Two Bedroom Villa
Sometimes island escapes are better shared with special friends or family. These very spacious beach residences feature a central living and dining room, two bedrooms and luxurious bathrooms. The roomy verandahs boast direct beach access and overlook their tropical gardens or the ocean.
Leelawadee
Cocoon yourself and your family and friends in the private Leelawadee compound. Three spacious one-bedroom villas are set around a 17-metre swimming pool. Each villa features a spacious living area and a verandah overlooking the tranquil estate gardens and lagoon. There’s also a private dining area set on a spacious teak deck by the pool. Relish an intimate dinner cooked by one of the estate’s talented chefs.
Vanda Villa
The Vanda Villa offers relaxed luxury with four bedrooms, a private infinity pool, and a colonial-style 90m2 veranda. Accommodating eight guests, enjoy dedicated service from The Sanchaya staff for memorable experiences, whether it’s family-style breakfasts and garden treasure hunts or group celebrations with poolside brunch and sunset toasts.

The Bar recreates the ambience of a gentlemen’s club – discrete service, an extensive cigar collection and shisha pipes. Enjoy the delights of a classic Afternoon Tea or indulge in the expertise of our resident mixologist, preparing and serving tableside cocktails to your liking.
