The spacious Beachfront Junior Suites offer unspoiled sea views from the first or second floors of the brilliantly white, Mediterranean inspired beachfront buildings. The large bedroom has a sitting area, writing desk, marble bathroom, walk-in closet, and private balcony or patio. At 920 sq. ft., features include a flat screen TV and a Nespresso coffee machine.

The splendid Deluxe Beachfront Junior Suites on the top (3rd) floor of the beachfront buildings offer a large bedroom with sitting area, writing desk, marble bathroom with private solarium, walk-in closet, and private balcony with exquisite sea views. At 980 sq. ft., features include a flat screen TV and a Nespresso coffee machine.

The majestic Beachfront One Bedroom Suites on the top (3rd) floor of the beachfront building offer stunning sea views and spacious accommodation. The suite has a large master bedroom with sitting area, writing desk, expansive marble bath with private solarium and outdoor shower, walk-in closet, a separate living room with full bath, and private terraces throughout. At 1,800 sq. ft., features include flat screen TVs and a Nespresso coffee machine.

The magnificent Beachfront Two Bedroom Suites  on the top (3rd) floor of the beachfront buildings offer commanding sea views, luxurious accommodations and private terraces. The suite features a living room with full bath, separating the two bedroom suites. The large master bedroom has a sitting area, writing desk, expansive marble bath with private solarium and outdoor shower, and double walk-in closet. The grand Seaview Three Bedroom Penthouse (Penthouse 2000) offers privacy and exceptional views. Located in the Main Building, this 3,300 sq. ft. suite boasts a master bedroom with marble bath, two additional bedrooms with private baths, living room, full kitchen and elevator access. The 1,000 sq. ft. terrace overlooks the pool, beach and sea.

The lavish Seaview Two Bedroom Penthouse (Penthouse 2001) in the Main Building provides maximum privacy with elevator access.  The secluded 4,000 sq. ft. sundeck has a private Jacuzzi. Inside, the master suite offers large bedroom with two en-suite baths, an additional bedroom with bath, a den/office with sofa-bed, a large living room, full kitchen and dining room.

The Beachfront Three Bedroom Villa is a true “beach house” offering a spacious beachfront Master Suite with private solarium; large living room/dining area; full kitchen; powder room; exterior shower; exterior powder room, and two additional bedroom suites with courtyard entries. Apx. 3,400 sq. ft. interior with additional 3,800 sq. ft. exterior space, including private pool.

The Beachfront One Bedroom Villa features a large living room/dining area opening directly onto a private pool area and the beach beyond, with an expansive Master Suite with sea and pool views, plus private solarium. There is also a full kitchen with private access, and additional interior and exterior powder rooms and outside shower. Approx. 1,880 sq. ft. interior, plus 3,800 sq. ft. exterior space.

The Five Bedroom Garden Villa has two storeys, offering spacious living areas, courtyard entry bedrooms, kitchens, two interior powder rooms, exterior shower, exterior powder room and a solarium. Approx. 4,500 sq. ft. interior with additional 5,100 sq. ft. exterior space, including private pool. The Three Bedroom Garden Villa is located on the first floor of the Five Bedroom Villa and offers offers three bedrooms, three full baths, living/dining area, full kitchen, powder room, exterior shower, exterior powder room and private pool. Two Bedrooms and solarium are accessed off the pool, and the third bedroom has a separate entry off the courtyard. The Two Bedroom Garden Villa is located on the second floor of the Five Bedroom Villa, and offers a sun-filled, balconied Master Suite, a separate second bedroom suite with exterior entry, large living/dining room with balcony, full kitchen, and powder room.

The Oasis Two Bedroom Garden Villa is located adjacent to the Hydroponic Farm. This two bedroom, two bath accommodation has over 2,000 sq. ft. of luxurious living space and offers unique, modern furnishings with separate living and dining areas, a full kitchen, and a large backyard with expansive private pool.
