Offering elevated, oceanside living with a sleek Tropical Contemporary aesthetic, ÀNI’s suites are positioned on either the western (Villa Amber) or eastern (Villa Larimar) side of the peninsula to maximise their panoramic sea, bay, and garden views. Six of the eight Ocean View Suites (two Amber and four Larimar) are completely free-standing. Two double-story structures (one Amber and one Larimar) each house one of the remaining two Ocean View Suites downstairs, along with two Junior Suites (named Ocean or Garden depending on their views). Upstairs, each double-story structure offers a Bay View Suite.

Featuring spacious bedrooms and open-plan bathrooms with vaulted pine ceilings, coconut wood details, and a soothing palette of white, neutral, and sea-hued soft furnishings, the suites all open onto private terraces and/or garden courtyards and offer 55-inch Smart TVs, hair dryers, Nespresso coffee machines, mini bars, and bathroom scales.

GUEST ACCESSIBILITY: Every guest is welcome at ÀNI, and those using wheelchairs will find design elements to ensure ease of movement and comprehensive access to all facilities and areas. The property offers smooth, flat pathways, and slopes where necessary. A pool lift for getting into and out of the water is available on request and bathroom handrails and a shower wheelchair can be provided.

OCEAN VIEW SUITE (1,200 sq.ft / 112 sq.m)

Three of the eight claim sunset ocean views as part of Villa Amber, and five claim sunrise ocean views as part of Villa Larimar. Two share a living room (with a 65-inch Smart TV) and a kitchenette (with microwave, mini bar, and Nespresso machine) with two Junior Suites and an upstairs Bay View Suite. Suites feature a private terrace with twin chaise lounge and sunken dining table for two overlooking the sea, a striking backlit onyx wall in the suite entrance, a king-size bed (can be made up as twin), large bathroom with twin basins, freestanding bath, separate rain shower, and WC and an outdoor shower in the private garden courtyard. Suitable for guests with accessibility needs.

BAY VIEW SUITE (700 sq.ft / 65 sq.m)

Enjoying an elevated position on the second floor, one Bay View suite overlooks the bay of La Piscina Natural as part of Villa Larimar and the second overlooks El Hoyo Bay towards the mountains as part of Villa Amber. Featuring private bay-facing terraces with seating for two, a striking backlit onyx wall in suite entrance, a king-size bed (can be made up as twin), large bathroom with twin basins, free-standing bath, separate rain shower, and WC, and access to downstairs living room (with 65-inch Smart TV) and kitchenette (with microwave, mini bar, and Nespresso machine) shared with Ocean View Suite and two Junior Suites.

OCEAN/GARDEN VIEW JUNIOR SUITE (400/300 sq.ft / 38/28 sq.m)

The Ocean View Junior Suite opens onto private terrace with views towards the ocean, while the Garden View Junior Suite opens onto a private garden courtyard. With twin beds or a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with rain shower and access to the shared living room (with 65-inch Smart TV) and kitchenette (with microwave, mini bar, and Nespresso machine) shared with Ocean View Suite and upstairs Bay View Suite.

Included in ANÍ’s all-inclusive activity and wellness programme:

CULTURAL IMMERSION: Cooking classes with the Executive Chef, cocktail mixology sessions, cigar rolling class with rum tasting (once per stay), folklore dance class (once per stay) and a visit to the ÀNI Art Academies Dominican Republic.

YOUTH ENTERTAINMENT: Complimentary babysitting, for up to eight hours per day, a daily children’s activity program with face painting, arts and crafts including pebble painting, kite making and flying, and more, kids’ cooking and baking classes, mini soccer, shuffleboard and other games.

Our holistic approach to sustainable, joy-filled wellbeing incorporates movement, spa treatments, and nutrition, but also immersion in nature and the incomparable tonic of togetherness.

With an entire peninsula at your disposal, you’re spoilt for choice when it comes to settings in which to relax. But you may well find yourself drawn to the Spa, also housed within the Wellness Center, if indulgent time out is what you seek. Up to 12 spa treatments are offered per day in two ensuite treatment rooms (one single and one double with a steam room and jacuzzi) including a range of massages (holistic, deep-tissue, hot stone, head, and reflexology), our signature anti-stress grounding treatment, and nail services (manicures, pedicures, and polish changes).

The healing powers of nature are irrefutable. Her flowers, clays, oils, and minerals can soothe, purify, and rejuvenate, while just being in her presence can transform the mind, body, and soul.
