The hotel’s spa is spacious 8,000 square feet housing eight treatment rooms, a swimming pool, saunas, relaxation areas, steam rooms and hydro showers. They offer some Ayurvedic treatments which is very unusual in Japan, along with a huge range of conventional treatments for body, face, feet and hands. They encourage you to book a time slot rather than a specific treatment, and further to the consultation, they will recommend a treatment based on how you feel then and how you would like to feel after treatment – a great approach from a holistic point of view.

All in all, you will be in for a great experience here and there are some half and full day programs that will really make a difference, particularly the Jet Lag Eliminator, a four hour treatment that will set you well on the way to avoiding the time difference and giving you more time to enjoy Tokyo’s sights, shops and restaurants.
