Azura Quilalea is trademark African-chic style on its own private island
The private island of Quilalea is approximately 86 acres in size and apart from staff and guests it is completely uninhabited. Being surrounded by a marine sanctuary enables you to snorkel right from the beach, kayak around the mangroves or just relax in a hammock on its superb beach.
The property offers barefoot paradise in an ideal location to unwind and take in all it has to offer. The staff are attentive but discrete with every need being catered for. The food (especially the seafood) is truly delicious and made even better if eaten on the beach under the stars.
Even though this is an island getaway it still offers activities to pass away your time: kayaking, snorkelling, fishing and diving. At certain times of year there are whale and dolphin watching tours or you could take a dhow cruise. Turtle Beach is home to dozens of nesting turtles which you may be lucky enough to see. Sometimes the small things are the most memorable, such as taking a Baobab Bath outside at your villa with a glass of champagne watching the sunset or enjoying a picnic lunch on Turtle Beach. This is truly a place you will not forget and one that we are sure you will wish to return to.
There are two types of villa and both types are very similar however the Kusi Villas sit in the best locations on the beach. Villa Quilalea has a private cliff top location with its own step ladder to a private alcove which would make the ultimate honeymoon location.
