Sri Lanka is only half the size of England but packs a real punch

With a good guide you may spot a leopard or black-coated sloth bear whilst divers will be in paradise.

Well known for its spectacular beaches, the Maldives is a fantastic location for a truly luxurious beach holiday.

This fantastic 20 night tour explores the cultural highlights, wonderful wildlife and beaches of Sri Lanka and ends with a week in a luxury resort in the Maldives.

This is the perfect tour for those wishing to spend half their time sightseeing and the other half relaxing on the beach. During the first few days spend some time in Sri Lanka’s capital, Colombo, with opportunities to explore the Old Town and get acquainted with local delicacies.

Visit an elephant orphanage and watch as the elephants feed and bathe. The orphanage has calves born on a fairly regular basis so you may well be lucky enough to see a baby elephant on your visit. Cultural excursions in the first week also include a guided visit to Sigiriya to see the 5th century rock citadel of King Kasyapa and a tour of the Royal Botanical Gardens of Peradeniya. The final week is spent relaxing in total luxury on an island in the Maldives where you can be as active or inactive as you choose.
