Dining

Dining options are plentiful and excellent: the hotel’s signature restaurant is Social and overseen by Heinz Beck who holds three Michelin stars. The restaurant is a great place to dine and is also a popular meeting place to socialise.

Social – The hotel’s signature restaurant features the cuisine of Heinz Beck, Italy’s famed 3-star Michelin chef, and is a restaurant and meeting point that offers fine-casual dining in an urban-resort setting. The Palm Avenue Bar grill serves modern European cuisine in a stunning pool-side setting whilst Mezzarie offers all-day dining, brasserie-style. In traditional Waldorf Astoria style, the Peacock Alley bar offers afternoon tea followed by superb cocktails, Lao serves traditional pan-Asian food and the Serafina Bar offers a refined Venetian ‘Bacaro’ dining experience, a signature cocktail list and live entertainment in the evening.

We love the Secret Garden Brunch which takes place every Friday afternoon. Inspired by the hotel’s organic garden, you can select from an astonishing range of live cooking stations. Brunch classics such as seafood, grills, and Waldorf salad will be on offer, complemented by a grand selection of French raw milk cheeses and freshly baked pies such as rhubarb, peach, and cherry. Why not try the water bar which offers creative combinations such as rosemary and peach, cinnamon and apple, and strawberry with basil from the organic garden?

The hotel’s spa offers over fifty treatments to indulge and relax you. There are 12 treatment rooms plus 2 private couples suites plus whirlpool hot tubs, saunas, herbal steam rooms, an ice fountain, experience showers, flotation lounges and a traditional arabic attar perfumery.
