They organised the best honeymoon to the Maldives we could have wished for. Each place we stayed at was exceptional and the sea planes so easy to island hop. Everything was meticulously planned. Savile Row Travel went above and beyond, especially when it came to issues outside of their control (a cancelled flight and lost luggage from the UK). They made sure we lost as little time as possible at our destination and helped retrieve our luggage! We couldn’t have enjoyed our two weeks more and this was down to Savile Row Travel. The added extras in the room were so thoughtful especially for such a special occasion.

I have had the most wonderful visit to Seoul for the Rotary International Convention and then on to Tokyo. Thank you for managing to book my seats for me and for arranging airport assistance. Everything went very well indeed and I was delighted to learn just before boarding the plane at Heathrow that I had been upgraded to Business Class on my flight to Seoul. What a treat!

All the cabin crew on every flight were very helpful and concerned for my comfort. Nothing was too much trouble.

Everything that you had arranged for me in Japan went like clockwork. I was greeted at the airport and taken to the waiting car for my transport to the Park Hotel.

The staff at the hotel were exceptionally helpful and friendly and the concierge gave me very detailed information when I wanted to walk to Ginza so that I could check I was on the correct route and she greeted me very warmly on my safe return!

The hotel is delightful and being a textile designer it was great to be surrounded by a wide variety of art works and I was fascinated by the 33 metre high wall which at night had photos of the works of art projected onto the wall.

I was very impressed with the wonderful underground system in Tokyo, so efficient and spotless. Mr. Chiba was an excellent guide and had left detailed notes for me to collect on my arrival so that I had a comprehensive knowledge of the history of Japan which related to the places we were visiting the following day. We had a very enjoyable day together and his English was excellent and he was very knowledgeable.

My journey to the airport for my return home was very smooth. I was sad to leave Japan and hope to return some time in the future.

Thank you for all the information you gave me. It was very useful having the hotel name in Japanese as well as English when I was working out which of the 14 underground exits I should be taking and very reassuring to have a 24 hour customer care line available, although happily I did not need to use it.

Thank you for all your attention to detail and the very stylish leather document folder you gave me with my name embossed on the front with Seoul and Tokyo 2016 which I will treasure. This is a delightful memento of a wonderful visit to South Korea and Japan.

Sue and I would like to thank you and your company for a perfectly planned holiday, we did have a wonderful time both in the Maldives and in Dubai. Your advice regarding hotel choices and boarding was well given, and proved to be just perfect for us.

We do recommend the Olhuveli resort in the Maldives which is very beautiful and well organised and perfectly run, and the addition of the Emerald Plan too, which gave us a lot of choices of restaurants on the island, but it is also worth noting that for those who cannot afford this emerald plan, the main “All inclusive” Sunset Restaurant is very good, and has a large variety of food choices which changes daily.

The Hotel in Dubai “Sofitel The Palm” was also beautiful and very well organised with very friendly staff.

The transfers in the UK, the Maldives and Dubai has performed flawlessly, with all your representatives waiting for us at the airports, and taxies taking us to our destinations without delays, even when we took the wrong turn in Dubai airport on the return leg of the trip and got delayed as a result, your representatives still waited for us and guided us to the next step

Sue and I would like to thank you and your company very much for facilitating this wonderful get away, and I am sure we will be coming back to you in the near future for other breaks, which we are already thinking of.

Thank you for your email and your help with the vacation. The honeymoon was really great and we both enjoyed both the location and the hotel enormously. It was great to be at a location which is partially isolated at least from the mainland and it help us both to relax from a tiring year with a lot of work travel commitments. The food and restaurants are great and there are options in the local area to eat out if you wish. Personally we recommend the Blue Crab at the beach restaurant, it makes a great meal.

Just a quick note to say thank you so much for organising our trip of a lifetime to Japan.

The first hotel in Kanazawa was perfect as it was very close to the centre of town although you felt a million miles away due its riverside location.

The people Bruce had organised to meet us and do transfers etc could not have been more polite or helpful.

The second hotel near Kaga had actually been voted best spa resort in Japan for one of its treatments, it was an incredible place completely zen the owners were fabulous great treatments and the food out of this world, they were so accommodating that they had seen one of the dishes on the menu was not our taste and they completely changed our menu for the next evening.

Without exception we found the Japanese to be absolutely the most polite and helpful people you could ever wish to meet which of course added to the whole experience.

The hotel New Otani was also an amazing experience so clean great location and the choice of restaurants amazing.

I managed to lose a bag which Bruce was extremely helpful in recuperating so please pass on our sincere thanks for a super holiday and we all have such special memories of our 10 days in Japan thanks to you both.

We just wanted to say what an absolutely fabulous holiday we had in Thailand. The Napasai was wonderful, in a great setting as you said it would be. Lots of nice hotels in the area, but the location of Napasai beat all the others hands down. The camp at Elephant Hills was great fun and definitely something different for 3-4 days and great for the kids. Finally, although we only had one night there, the Renaissance in Phuket was amazing and we could have stayed there a lot longer. The food was particularly brilliant. Thank you for organising this wonderful trip and making it run like clockwork. We will be back for more!

We are back safely from our holiday to Bali and wanted to write and tell you how much we enjoyed it. It was a fabulous trip and exceeded our expectations. We were so impressed with the service you provided us and the attention to detail. Spa Village had an absolutely beautiful setting, lovely staff and fun activities along with the spa treatments everyday which were a real treat.

Chedi Club also had a fabulous setting, amazing pool villa (thanks for the upgrade!) and again amazing staff. Apart from not offering a wider range of affordable wines we have nothing but praise for how this hotel was run.

I must say our 1 night in Tokino Shizuku Ryokan was absolutely a must and we were quite lucky to have found one of the young ladies who spoke a few words of English so she was our very own for the entire evening meaning that every single course and what we were eating was explained to us. We started dinner at 6pm and finished at 10.30pm. The attention to detail for each course was magnificent right down to the chopstick holder changing for each course. The food I do not need to tell you was to die for and when your sashimi arrives on a bed of ice with a flowering mini tree in the centre you know you are in heaven.

The accommodation was unbelievable and a nice balance of traditional Japanese and modern. Being able to have breakfast in our room overlooking the garden was magical.

We were also upgraded in Pimalai as well we had a little house on the beach which I wasn’t expecting, so we were very pleased with that!
