1.2 The contract is governed by the laws of England & Wales and subject to the courts of England & Wales.
1.3 Upon receipt of your booking form and deposit, we will send you a confirmation invoice. It is your responsibility to check all details and notify us immediately of any mistakes.
2. Prices and Website Accuracy
2.1 We endeavour to ensure all information on our website is correct at the time of publication. However, changes may occur and you should check the current price and details at time of booking.
2.2 We reserve the right to amend pricing prior to your booking being confirmed, e.g., due to currency fluctuations or supplier cost changes.
3. Insurance
3.1 It is a condition of this contract that you and all persons named on your booking hold adequate travel insurance covering winter‑sports activities (including skiing and snowboarding, on‑ and off‑piste where applicable) and any associated risks.
3.2 Your insurance policy must include (as a minimum): emergency medical expenses (including ambulance and repatriation), cancellation or curtailment, and personal liability.
3.3 If you fail to hold valid insurance, we will not be liable for any costs, claims or losses you may incur.
4. Financial Protection
4.1 Where applicable, your holiday payments are protected under the UK Package Travel Regulations. If you are booking a “package” (which includes at least two of transport, accommodation, or other tourist services) then protection applies.
4.2 If we cease trading before your holiday begins, you will be entitled to a refund of your monies, and repatriation if relevant.
5. Your Holiday Price and Payment Terms
5.1 Deposit: A non‑refundable deposit of £200 must be paid to secure your place.
5.2 Final Balance: The final balance must be paid by 20 January 2026. Failure to pay by this date entitles us to cancel your booking and apply cancellation charges.
5.3 If you make your booking less than [insert number] days before departure, the full holiday price is due immediately.
6. Changes by You (Alteration of Booking)
6.1 Any request to change your booking (e.g., name change, room type change, date change) must be made in writing.
6.2 Changes made more than 4 weeks before departure may incur an administration fee of £30 per person (plus any supplier costs we incur).
6.3 Where less than 4 weeks remain, changes may not be possible and could be treated as cancellation, subject to full cancellation charges.
7. Cancellation by You
7.1 If you, or any member of your party, wish to cancel their booking, you must notify us in writing.
7.2 Cancellation charges will apply in line with supplier costs and our cancellation scale. Some costs may be up to 100% of the holiday cost.
7.3 We strongly advise you obtain insurance that covers cancellation for any reason.

The following are not included in the holiday price and are the responsibility of each participant:
Flights to and from Austria
Travel insurance
Transfers within the UK
Lunch on the mountain
Après‑ski activities
9. Accommodation & Room Sharing
9.1 Accommodation is as described in the itinerary. Twin rooms (two separate single beds) are available on request.
9.2 Alternatively, two participants may share a double bed (not a twin room) if preferred. Requests must be made at time of booking and are subject to availability.
9.3 Room changes or upgrades requested during the holiday cannot be guaranteed and may incur extra cost.
10. Changes by Us / Force Majeure
10.1 We reserve the right to make changes to your holiday arrangements at any time.
10.2 Most changes will be minor. If a major change occurs (e.g., change of resort or accommodation to a lower standard), we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the choice of accepting the change, an alternative holiday (if available), or a full refund of monies paid.
10.3 “Force majeure” means any event beyond our control (e.g., war, civil unrest, natural disaster, closure of resort/lifts, lack of snow, industrial dispute, weather conditions, government act) which prevents or significantly delays your holiday or our performance of contract. We cannot be held liable for loss or expense resulting from such events.
11. Our Responsibility to You

15. Special Requests
15.1 Any special requests (dietary, room location etc.) must be made at the time of booking and will be passed on to suppliers.
15.2 Whilst we endeavour to meet reasonable requests, failure to do so will not constitute breach of contract unless we have explicitly confirmed in writing.
16. Health, Medical Issues and Disabilities
16.1 You must inform us of any medical condition, health issue or disability which may affect your holiday or participation in skiing or other activities at the time of booking.
16.2 If your condition deteriorates prior to departure, you must notify us. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if we are unable to properly accommodate your needs, in which case standard cancellation charges apply.
