COMO The Treasury is a five-star luxury hotel situated in the heart of Perth, Western Australia, within the meticulously restored 19th-century State Buildings. Designed by the late architect Kerry Hill, the hotel seamlessly blends heritage charm with contemporary elegance, featuring 48 spacious rooms and suites adorned with handcrafted furnishings, travertine stone tiles, and oversized windows that flood the interiors with natural light.
The hotel also houses the COMO Shambhala Urban Escape wellness centre, featuring a 20-metre heated indoor pool, a fully equipped gym, and serene treatment rooms. City Room
These airy, peaceful City Rooms overlook Perth’s cityscape or our hotel courtyard and feature custom-made beds dressed in Egyptian cotton.
Heritage Room
Oversized windows soak these generous rooms in an abundance of natural light to maximise the various views. Rooms are also equipped with extra large en-suite bathrooms. Select rooms are accessibly designed with roll-in en-suites. Also available with a private balcony.
Treasury Room
The spacious Treasury Rooms overlook Cathedral Square, Stirling Gardens or the city. Each one has a generous sitting area that can accommodate either an additional bed or a cot. Also available with a private balcony.
Studio Suite
Studio suites offer an abundance of space. Located in the Treasury Wing, these suites are bathed in natural light and boast views of iconic city landmarks, including Elizabeth Quay and Perth Town Hall.
Cabinet Suite
Once the State government’s Cabinet Room, this historic suite features a unique interior with dormer windows and wood detailing.

Located in the former Treasurer’s office, this suite offers an abundance of space, features and styling — including its historic truss ceiling.

Guests can indulge in exceptional dining experiences at the rooftop restaurant Wildflower, which offers a menu inspired by the indigenous Noongar six-season calendar, or enjoy Italian classics at Post, located in the former franking room of the General Post Office.

Post is COMO The Treasury’s city osteria, taking its name from the location – the franking room of Perth’s original General Post Office in the State Buildings. The evolving menu offers a contemporary take on classic Italian cuisine, with menu choices guided by seasonal ingredients.
Cape Arid Rooms
Cape Arid Rooms are the warm, inviting home of COMO The Treasury’s celebrated afternoon tea. Chefs can cater for gluten-free, pescatarian and vegetarian dietary requirements.
