La Réserve Paris is an insider's address just off the the Champs-Elysées ...
Midway between Avenue Montaigne and Rue du Faubourg St-Honoré, a stone’s throw from the Champs-Elysées, La Réserve Paris – Hotel and Spa overlooks some of Paris’ most spectacular sights. A far cry from traditional 5-star palace hotels, the intimate La Réserve Paris – Hotel and Spa exudes the atmosphere of a private urban mansion, open to guests sharing a certain travel philosophy.
With more suites than rooms, spaciously classical areas, a library reserved for guests and their friends, a smoking lounge, a 16-metre indoor pool, wine cellars in the suites La Réserve Paris is a world designed for epicureans, who appreciate the very best in luxury.
The typical early 20th century Haussmann-style architecture proved the perfect setting for a sumptuous interior designed by Jacques Garcia. All around are vast areas bathed in light, rich fabric hangings and beautiful marble fireplaces evoking a spirit of generosity. Vestiges of the original building can be seen, especially in the Louis XV Salon which recreates the atmosphere of the period.
19th century Parisian chic is expressed throughout this 40m² room with a view of the leafy patio. Herringbone parquet, damascene brocade fabrics and pastel hues combine to create a soft atmosphere that can be altered depending on the mood using the interactive tablet provided. The bathroom, made entirely of Carrara marble and bathed in natural light, has a bath, an Italian shower and a double basin.
These 80m² suites all look out onto the Avenue Gabriel with views of the Eiffel Tower soaring above its surroundings and the Grand Palais seen through the greenery. The suites have a separate lounge area with a dining table, a private area, a spacious bedroom and a large dressing room. The Carrara marble bathroom is fitted with a bath, Italian-style shower and twin vanity sinks.
The balcony with its sculpted balustrade is a perfect place to enjoy in the panoramic views at any time of day or night, when the City of Light shines as far as the eye can see. The interior shows the best of French decorative arts: dark wood gilt-accented Napoleonic-style furniture, cozy velvet-covered sofas and objets d’art sourced from the finest Parisian antique dealers.
