Portetta provides a combination of classic and modern Italian cuisine using the freshest locally grown ingredients. Menus change seasonally and daily and are complemented by a carefully selected wine list. Whether you are staying at our Courchevel resort’s Hotel Lofts or Lodges, the restaurants and bar are at your disposal.
Angela Hartnett, one of the UK’s most loved chefs and restaurateurs, has taken to the slopes of Courchevel with Cucina Angelina, our restaurant at Portetta! The first of its kind in Courchevel Moriond, Cucina Angelina serves Italian influenced mountain food – with a nod to local Savoyard and French classics.
Inspired by her Italian heritage, childhood memories of cooking alongside her Nonna and her love of authentic northern-Italian food, Angela’s menu is full of traditional Italian favourites, as well as daily specials and the best fresh handmade pasta in the Three Vallees – made fresh in-house everyday, using the best quality flour!
Chill and absorb the mountain air on the largest terrace in Courchevel Moriond. Our outdoor terrace bar at Portetta 1650 is right at the bottom of the main piste and has huge log burning fires, flaming torches, wood fired pizza oven, ice shots, fur snugs and heated bar seating. Whether it is a quick coffee and something tasty or settling in for the long lunch followed by après ski Fire & Ice is the perfect location.
Happy Hour: buy any drink or ice-shot between 4.30-7pm and get a free slice of wood-fired pizza!

If your legs still feel energetic after a long day on the mountain our gym may be right up your street! Accessible through the spa our equipped gym has everything you need to burn off that excess energy!

By Car
As you enter Courchevel Moriond turn left at the first roundabout and after 400m turn right, Portetta is immediately on the left-hand side.
By Ski
Both are situated in the heart of Courchevel Moriond right on the edge of the piste, a 2-minute walk from the ski lift which begins your journey over to Courchevel 1850.
