Restaurant Oliviero serves regional dishes that allow local ingredients to shine. Chef Agostino D’Angelo grills seafood freshly caught in our water—swordfish, and sardines are always a favourite. The in-house sommelier is never short of ideas for the perfect wine pairing, with an encyclopedic knowledge of the excellent regional wines. Don’t leave, of course, without trying the house pastries. The cannoli especially are little mouthfuls of heaven.
After dinner, head to our open-air bar, with the sea lapping at the shore, and piano music twinkling like the stars above this is a bar to remember.
Or for something a touch more low-key, enjoy the sweeping sea views as the sun sinks below the horizon while sipping Negronis on your balcony, bejeweled with bright geraniums, and looking over lush terraced gardens leading down to the picturesque pebbled beach.
