The first floor features a living room with entrance lounge and bioethanol fireplace, a guest bathroom designed for use by people with disabilities, the SPA and annexed bathroom, and access to the garden and solarium. There is also one bedroom on this floor (with a double bed or two twin beds), complete with a private balcony and bathroom with hydromassage shower column.

The second floor features four more bedrooms. The first features a double bed, private balcony, freestanding corian bathtub and a bathroom with a hydromassage shower column. The second and third bedrooms feature a double or two twin beds, private balconies and bathrooms with hydromassage shower column. The final bedroom has lift access and features a double bed, a seating area with an additional double sofa bed, a private balcony and a bathroom with hydromassage shower column and chromotherapy ceiling light.

All rooms are equipped with a safe, minibar, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, satellite TV, private bathroom with professional hairdryer and hydromassage column, refined bed linen (biweekly change), unlimited WiFi and courtesy ACQUA DI PARMA products.

The third floor features 130 square metres of open space, with a living area, fireplace and TV, a corner bar, dining room, equipped kitchen with snack counter, and a small terrace and balcony.
