A luxury resort in the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, Onyria Quinta da Marinha Hotel overlooks the endless Atlantic Ocean and is home to a pristine 18-hole golf course and two divine restaurants.

Each air-conditioned room has a spacious balcony with panoramic views of the golf course or the Sintra mountain range. Rooms also include a flat-screen TV, minibar and Molton & Brown toiletries. Standard Suites

The Standard Suites are located in privileged areas of the hotel, thus benefiting from the best views and balconies. A padded headboard was designed to lengthen and highlight the bed to offer more comfort and nobility. New armchairs and sofas in the lounge area of ​​this suite offer the essentials for room service and light meals.

Signature Suites

The Signature Suites, on the top floor, stand out for their generous areas of sleeping areas, living rooms, bathrooms and terraces, as well as being located in privileged areas, also benefiting from the best views and balconies of the hotel, standing above the canopies of the Pines. The contrast of light with the slats that hide doors and built-in cupboards brings detail and comfort to a constant surprise. The living area of ​​the bedroom is located next to the window to allow guests to fully enjoy the beautiful view.

Dining at Onyria Quinta Da Marinha

Five Pines Restaurant offers international buffet meals and Rocca serves gourmet Portuguese cuisine made from organic vegetables grown on-site. Live music can be heard at the Trent Jones bar.

At the spa, guests can enjoy a relaxing pedicure or body treatment. There is also an indoor pool.

 

Rocca Restaurant

Following the traditions of Portuguese gastronomy, the Rocca Restaurant inaugurates the new menu, opening the door to Mediterranean cuisine with strong flavours from the north to the south of Portugal. Chef Fernando Monteiro brings these delicacies to life, making them irresistible.

Five Pines Restaurant

This new space, completely redecorated, is the place designed for group meals and parties in which the dynamics of the space allows it to receive from 40 to 300 people. The Five Pines Restaurant opted for the colours of wood combined with shades of yellow. All the new lighting comes to give comfort to the groups in the Set Menu and a new line for all the thematic buffets.

Monte Mar Restaurant

Just 3 km from the Hotel, with a privileged view of the immense Atlantic, the best flavours from the sea are found, prepared with refinement and served in a light and relaxed atmosphere.

Bar Trent Jones

For a calm, informal and welcoming atmosphere, head to Bar Trent Jones for a light meal by the pool or a drink at sunset. Lose sight of the green of the golf course that blends into the horizon with the unique glow of the blue sky of Cascais. Through the hands of the innovative Head Barman, Ricardo Cardim, creations are inspired by classic cocktails, adapted to the aromas of the time and finished with his special touch, thus offering a totally original version.

Golf & Facilities

The Quinta da Marinha Golf Course, in Cascais, has 18 holes with 5.87 metres of pure nature and big challenges. This par 71, designed by the legendary Robert Trent Jones, offers fantastic views over the Atlantic Ocean and the Sintra Mountains..

Throughout the course, you can really see the style of Robert Trent Jones in the elevated Greens and Tees, many bunkers in play and, as expected, some water hazards. Every hole is different – you will have to use all the clubs in the bag and play with strategy for a good score!

19th Hole

Overlooking the big lakes of the 18th hole (the old 10th Hole), this is the perfect place to savour a well deserved beer or two after a round of golf. If you fancy a snack, there are several options lunch options available at the Trent Jones Bar including silky tomato cream soup with poached egg, fresh tagliatelle, grilled salmon and delicious steaks.
