Located on the first floor, our traditional design rooms are at least 40 sq. m. / 430 sq. ft. and feature a separate enclosed bathroom area, as well as small living area. All have sunny private balconies with lovely views of the natural landscape that surrounds one of the best luxury five star hotels in Lisbon, with the Atlantic Ocean and / or the renowned TOP 100 Oitavos Dunes golf course in Cascais as a backdrop. Choose from Superior (sunrise facing) or Premium (sunset facing) Rooms.
Lofts
Designed to assure a highly comfortable experience in our luxury hotel in Cascais, our well-appointed lofts are at least 64 sq. m. / 689 sq. ft. and are laid out as open plan suites with integrated bathrooms. All have a generous sitting and TV area, as well as private sunny balconies that offer views of the Atlantic Ocean and / or the renowned TOP 100 Oitavos Dunes golf course. Choose from Superior (sunrise facing), Premium (sunrise or sunset facing) or Premium Corner with a sunny, private wrap-around balcony (only 5 available) Lofts.
Suites
The Oitavos suites feature the high quality and amenities expected of a 5-star hotel experience in a resort in Lisbon. Varying in size, style and location, all suites are at least 120 sq. m. / 1300 sq. ft. and offer spectacular views of the Atlantic, the golf course or of Cape Raso (Cabo Raso).

The Atlantic Suite features an entrance hallway with reception area and a separate, private entrance from the outside, a bedroom area, an ample and airy open plan living room with a dedicated 46″ TV, a separate living and dining area and a guest washroom. Enjoy dramatic golf, mountain and sea views from the 33m2, 355sqft private sunset-facing balcony.

The Oitavos Suite features a bedroom area, an ample and airy open plan living room w/ dedicated 46″ TV and a separate living and dining area, with a 60m2, 645sqft wrap-around, private sunset-facing balcony offering sweeping, dramatic golf and Atlantic Ocean views.
Private Villa: The Forte
The Forte is a very exclusive private villa set among the greens of Oitavos Dunes and with a marvelous 360º view which allows you to enjoy the Atlantic Ocean, Cabo da Roca (Continental Europe’s westernmost point) and the hills of Sintra. This 120 sqm villa features both a living room with a full equipped kitchen and a king size suite with whirlpool bath; one of the main features is the private outdoor swimming pool and the spectacular sun deck.
