Canouan Estate Resort & Villas showcases a unique collection of standalone villas and larger residences along with one-and-two bedroom suites. Each villa comes equipped with its own golf-cart, so guests can explore one of the beaches and hidden coves on the estate. The villas feature a similar traditional Caribbean design, whilst the residences are larger homes with ample acreage for extra privacy and seclusion all unique in their aesthetic.
One or Two Bedroom Carenage Suites with or without Private Plunge Pool
Single story spacious Caribbean inspired suites, featuring one or two bedrooms with a separate sitting area and outdoor patio. Bedrooms have a full en-suite bathroom with double vanity, bath and separate walk-in shower, luxurious Acqua Di Palma toiletries and walk-in closet. Each suite also features an additional full bathroom. The suite is fully air-conditioned, with ceiling fans, mini-bar stocked with non-alcoholic drinks, tea and coffee making facilities, safe, telephone and hairdryer.
Where Else (Two Bedroom Residence)
A two-bedroom residence on two levels, with 3,724 Sq. ft of covered space along with an external pool and deck. The villa features two air-conditioned bedrooms each on a separate level for extra privacy, with en-suite bathrooms, ceiling fans, large closets and private verandas with spectacular views.

A three-bedroom split-level residence, with an outdoor pool, views of the ocean and the magnificent Golf Course, and a spacious and very well-appointed kitchen comes with stainless steel SMEG appliances.

Little Blue Ocean (Three or Four Bedroom Residence)
Little Blue Ocean is a three or four-bedroom single level residence, 3,983 Sq. ft of covered space including a guest cottage, an outdoor pool and deck, overlooking exquisite views of the sea. Little Blue Ocean is the sister property to Big Blue Ocean, with extensive pathways connecting the two villas, offering nine bedrooms in total.

Turtle Creek (Five Bedroom Villa)
Turtle Creek is five/six-bedroom single story villa, with 10,220 Sq. ft of covered air-conditioned space on over 4 acres of land. It includes a spacious guest house, an expansive, lush and exquisitely landscaped 2.84 acre garden with a 1184 Sq. ft (110 Sq. m) private pool, offering complete privacy for its guests.
Il Sogno (Five Bedroom Villa)
This spectacular villa located high on the hillside offers complete privacy and unparalleled views of the Caribbean Sea, the Atlantic Ocean, Mount Royal, the southern Grenadine Islands, Canouan Estate golf course and the entire length of Canouan Island. The estate comprises four individual bedroom pavilions.
Big Blue Ocean (Five Bedroom Residence)
Big Blue Ocean is a beautiful five-bedroom split-level residence, with 7,352 Sq. ft of covered space. Located on 2.4 acres, it includes direct beach access with its own private path directly on to Point De Jour Beach. There is a large infinity pool and jacuzzi located off the main terrace, offering views of the Caribbean Sea and the beautiful barrier reef.

Bellini’s Bar
Located in the heart of the resort with open-air dining overlooking the estate. Bellini’s Bar offers guests a family-friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
Bar – 9:00am – 5:00pm.
Shell Beach Bar and Grill
Located directly on the serene, sheltered Shell Beach, Shell Beach Bar and Grill serves a casual lunch with a distinctly Caribbean flare. Savour dishes such as fresh catch of the day, along with burgers, salads and wraps.
Lunch – 12:00 – 4:00pm.
L’Ance Guyac Beach Club
For a relaxed evening under a canopy of stars, guests can opt for L’Ance Guyac Restaurant, a chill-out space tucked away on a beautiful secluded beach surrounded by nature, where guests can enjoy dishes offered from the Mediterranean. Kindly note that children under twelve years of age are not permitted to dine at L’Ance Guyac Restaurant.

Please note that across all restaurants the evening dress code is smart casual, for men include: long trousers, closed toe shoes and a collared shirt. Golf
Experience the Caribbean’s most exciting and challenging course, named in the Top 10 of ‘Best Golf Courses’ in the world – an exhilarating and challenging 72-Par Jim Fazio designed 18-hole golf course, located on dramatic sloping hills skirting the oceans edge. A hundred and fifty undulating acres with breath taking views from every angle, it is truly every world class golfer’s dream. Holes 12, 13, 14 and 15 are undoubtedly the most scenic holes on the course and the most challenging. They sit on the top of a ridge and have a spectacular view of the neighbouring Grenadine islands. Hole 16 features one of the longest par-3’s in the world at 305 yards. The breeze at the top of the ridge adds to the challenge, but makes these holes the most sensational on the course.

Scuba Diving & Snorkelling
Canouan is surrounded by crystal clear waters and coral reefs that are teaming with marine life, making it an ideal location for SCUBA Diving. Diving can be arranged though the hotel. Advanced notice is required.
Guests can snorkel at the resort or take a short boat excursion and experience world-class snorkelling in the uninhabited islands of Tobago Cays, located in the Grenadines archipelago. A group of 5 islets sheltered by a horseshoe-shaped coral reef. They are protected by a Marine Park with white -and beaches and crystal-clear waters, making them one of the best snorkelling and SCUBA spots around. They are especially known as a spot to see the green sea turtles that gather in large numbers just under the surface of the water.
Boating
With thirty-two islands and cays, the Grenadine Islands are a boaters paradise. Located only three miles from Canouan, the Tobago Cays offer the ideal spot for boating. Located in an archipelago comprising of five small uninhabited islands – Petit Rameau, Petit Bateau, Baradol, Petit Tabac and Jamesby – located in the Southern Grenadines. Boats range in size from a small speed boat for four up to a Catamaran up to eight guests. Half day or full day boating excursions can be arranged.
Fitness Centre
The spacious state of the art fitness centre features Cybex fitness equipment including treadmills, cycling machines, steppers and elliptical machines. There are also a variety of weight machines and free weights at your disposal.
Tennis
The tennis centre offers three Astro-Turf tennis courts also lit for night play complete with a pro-shop, rental equipment and resident tennis professional during select months of the year.
Pirates of Canouan Kids & Teens Club
One of the best facilities in the Caribbean, the “Pirates of Canouan” kids and teenagers club is complimentary and opens daily for children ages 3 years and up. Indoors, kids can enjoy cooking, arts and crafts, movie and gaming room. There is also a ping-pong and foosball tables. There are a variety of scheduled activities that change daily. Outdoors, there are two pools, one for the toddlers with splash areas and slides plus a larger pool for older children, all sounded by lounge-chairs and umbrellas. The outdoor playground for the toddlers has swings, an in-ground trampoline, climbing frame plus a huge outdoor green space for soccer and cricket matches. Private babysitting services are also available.
Hiking
Take a guided hike to the highest point on the island, Mount Royal (877 feet) and learn all about the flora and fauna of the island. The trail winds up a steep, single track through a thick forest. On the way you will spot turtles, hummingbirds, tree-climbing hermit crabs and a variety of plants including orchids and aloes. At the summit your efforts are rewarded as you get a stunning view north toward Mustique and to the south Mayreau, Palm Island, Union Island, Petit St. Vincent and on a very clear day, Grenada.
Spa
Why not indulge in a luxurious spa treatment at the spa located on the estate at the Mandarin Oriental, a short five minute golf cart ride away. The team of highly trained therapists offer an array of treatments including facials, massages and wraps, all of which will exceed your expectations.

Scheduled Air
Scheduled inter-island flights are available through Grenadines Air Alliance, who operate flights to and from Canouan (CIW) from Barbados and Saint Vincent. Grenadine Airways operate a fleet of DHC6-300 Twin Otter aircraft‚ a 19-seat STOL (short take-off and landing) utility aircraft. Its powerful twin turboprop engines provide reliable performance on the short inter-Grenadine services‚ with large windows giving an exceptional view of the crystal waters and islands.
Private Jet
Canouan’s (CIW) 5900ft illuminated runway can accommodate private aircraft as large as a Boeing 737. The property team can assist with the arrival details. Canouan Estate owns its own six-seater Cessna Citation Jet, which can be booked as a shared or private charter from Barbados (BGI), St. Vincent (SVD), St. Lucia (UVF), Grenada (GND) and Martinique (FDF).
