Dining at The Liming
Bequia, although small in size, holds a culinary reputation that extends far beyond the Caribbean. To dine at The Liming restaurant is to truly enjoy the finest of the island’s rich flavours.
Eat and drink above the Caribbean Sea on the sea-top terrace restaurant, with a choice of fresh island-picked fruit, aromatic vegetables and the ocean-to-table seafood for which the Caribbean is renowned.
A fresh, vibrant affair, each dish is crafted by The Liming’s executive chef and served with an added touch of creative flair. The dining experience need not be confined to the restaurant. Meals can be served privately within each villa or suite – helping you relax in your own way.
With extensive breakfast, all-day, picnic, BBQ and children’s menus, as well as sophisticated wine, spirit and cocktail options, you’ll be spoiled for choice when dining or drink at The Liming.
Bequia (pronounced Bek-way) is one of 32 islands that make up St Vincent and Grenadines. Blissful Bequia measures just seven square miles and is home to fewer than 5,000 inhabitants. It boasts unspoiled golden sandy beaches, secret lagoons and some of the world’s clearest skies.
One of the most beautiful and secluded islands within the Grenadines, Bequia is peaceful and secluded with awe-inspiring beaches, including Princess Margaret Beach and Lower Bay.
‘Mount Peggy’ is Bequia’s highest point with beautiful views of the island. The climb up to Mount Peggy involves trekking through open pastures, dry scrub bush and dry tropical forest to reach the spectacular view at the summit, known locally as ‘Peggy’s Rock’.
