The best chance of seeing wild dog is in the Green Season (January – April) whilst in August & September you can witness the arrival and nesting of stunning colonies of Carmine Bee Eaters.
Zambia’s capital, Lusaka, is well connected with plenty of flights via the gulf, making it easy to add a Dubai beach extension to your trip. From Lusaka a short connecting takes you to Mfuwe for the South Luangwa valley, and from Mfuwe you can fly down to the Lower Zambezi, or on to Victoria Falls.
