day TWO
Visit Museo de Arte de Ponce
After breakfast at your hotel, head to Ponce and check in to your next hotel.
Lunch at La Casa del Chef.
Afternoon tour of the Museo de Arte de Ponce. The Museo de Arte de Ponce’s internationally renowned collection is comprised of more than 4,500 works of art from many cultures, dating from the ninth century C.E. to the present. This dynamic, wide–ranging collection includes paintings, sculptures, prints, photographs, drawings, decorative arts, pre–Hispanic and African objects, Puerto Rican folk art, contemporary ceramics, video, and sound art.
day three
Walking tour of Ponce
After breakfast at Melao Café, head out on a morning walking tour of Ponce. Get to know majestic Ponce, the second–largest city in Puerto Rico, just an hour and a half from San Juan on the south coast of the island. On the City Tour you’ll be able to visit museums, theatres, and the main city areas. A two to four–hour–long guided tour can also take you to the plaza, Parque de Bombas, Our Lady of Guadalupe Cathedral, Castillo Serrallés, Cruceta del Vigía, and other sites.
Lunch at Lola Eclectic Cuisine.
Afternoon at Cruceta Del Vigía. Cruceta del Vigía is a 100 feet tall cross located atop Vigia Hill in Ponce. It houses a tourist centre at its base, a ten–story verticaltower, and a horizontal sky bridge that has panoramic views of the city and the Caribbean Sea.
Late Afternoon tour of the Museo Castillo Serralles. The beautiful Castillo de Serrallés in Ponce is magnificent evidence of the development of the sugar cane and rum industries during the early 20th century. The home of the Serrallés f amily, owners of the Don Q rum distillery, was at the time considered a “Spanish Revival” mansion. The interior of the house has been preserved so visitors can appreciate the lobby, rooms, patio, and terrace in their original condition.
Free time to freshen up at hotel. Dinner at Vistas Restaurant & Cocktail Lounge.

Toro Verde Nature Adventure Park
Check out of your Ponce hotel and enjoy breakfast at Proscenuim.
Transfer to Toro Verde Nature Adventure Park, an ecological adventure park with unforgettable ziplining experiences, offering rolling verdant vistas and a whole host of adventure. Ride the famous “Monster” Zipline, America’s longest zipline and the world’s second longest.
Lunch at Roka Dura Restaurant.
Transfer to hotel in San Juan. Check into hotel and freshen up. Dinner at Azucena, a modern Caribbean restaurant with undeniable style.

Tour Casa Bacardi
Breakfast in Kasalta. Kasalta is a must for breakfast in Ocean Park. They offer a delicious fusion of Spanish and Caribbean cuisine and feature local favourites such as Cuban sandwiches and Spanish mallorcas. (Fun fact: President Barack Obama had breakfast here during his last visit to the island).
Tour of Casa Bacardi. Late Afternoon Walk & Taste Tour of Old San Juan. Founded in 1521, the pastel splashed streets of Old San Juan, or “Viejo San Juan”, make up the island’s cultural heart. From the El Morro Fortress and the San Juan cathedral, to the iconic cobblestone streets, this walking tour incorporates history, heritage and a whole host of tasty stops along the way.
Night Kayak Experience. With their clear bottoms and LED glow, this night time kayak excursion of San Juan’s picturesque lagoon is a way to experience the city like no other.

Tour El Yunque National Rainforest
After breakfast at leisure, head out on a half-day tour of the famous El Yunque National Rainforest. El Yunque is the only tropical rainforest in the U.S. National Forest Service and its name is a reference to Yuke, what the indigenous Taíno people defined as “white lands”. With an average rainfall of 120 inches a year, El Yunque has a very diverse ecosystem, hosting hundreds of unique plant and animal species, including the island’s famous
coquí frog.
Afternoon at Hacienda Campo Rico. This classic Caribbean Style Hacienda, located on the grounds of a former sugar cane plantation in Carolina, is just a short 10-minute drive from San Juan. This natural paradise offers a lake for kayaking, a Golf Academy, golf practice range and miles of trails for horseback riding (25 horses), ATV tours, jogging, walking or bird watching.
Dinner at Mario Pagan. Locally recognised as one of Puerto Rico’s best chefs, Mario Pagán created this fine dining offering with emphasis on its ambiance and fusion of native ingredients.
Experience Puerto Rico’s nightlife at La Factoria. On this list of the “The World’s 50 Best Bars,” La Factoria is a must for cocktails and salsa dancing. Located in the heart of Old San Juan, this lively speakeasy features craft drink variations and was featured in the Latin hit “Despacito”.
